Witch University is happy to accept articles from our users. You retain all the rights to your work (even the edited version). Members can receive author privileges simply by contacting us, but if you aren’t familiar with WordPress’s features, you may want to do it the old fashioned way by sending us a txt or rtf file and a photo.
Use this form to submit an article to Witch University. You may submit recipes for witchy foods and concoctions, spell instructions, recommendations, book or product reviews, comments and community news or anything else that has to do with witchcraft. As long as they meet the standards of the site, you're good.
We are not a "new age" anything-goes kind of site. If you don't give offerings to the deities or entities you are hoping to help you, then we don't consider it a valid spell. If that seems judgy to you, check your "white" American privilege. If you don't know enough about witchcraft to understand that, then you are not educated enough to write for this site. This is not to be snooty-tooty or something. This is because I don't want any of my readers being eaten by spirits they've cheaped out on, and not knowing why.
Ingredients are important. If you submit a recipe or instructions that include herbs, crystals, and other substances, you need to be able to explain why you are using what you're using. This is an educational site, so many things that may be understood to you are not so to beginners. Be mindful in your writing that you're in teacher mode. You can submit advanced articles wherein you don't need to be quite as wordy about it, but if it's for beginners or something in the basics tacklebox, feel free to go deep.
Be advised that articles may be edited for spelling, grammar, and web-readability.
